Community membership
We have three levels of involvement in our community. By participating in the community at any level, you agree to abide by the community ground rules
Members: Members can participate in discussions and browse projects you might want to collaborate on. Membership is free. As a member, you can help out on projects (in fact this is the normal way to get known to the rest of the community). You will not receive a collaborativity rating or be eligible for a stake in a project until you choose to become a collaborator.
Collaborators: In addition to the benefits of membership, collaborators receive a collaborativity rating (a measure of the community’s assessment of how well you operate as a team player). Collaborators are also eligible for a stake in projects which they participate in. Collaborators pay an annual membership fee.
Co-leaders: Each project has co-leaders. To initiate a project as a co-leader, you must be a collaborator in good standing. As a co-leader, you assume co-leadership responsibilities for a project.
