Collaboraritivity was founded in October 2002 by Clive Prout and George Peabody.
Clive Prout is the president of Creative Alliance Coaching. He coaches entrepreneurs and business owners to expand their businesses in line with their authentic selves, helping them to integrate their material and spiritual lives into businesses that feed their souls and their families
Clive is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. In addition to working with individual clients, Clive co-leads practice building teleclasses for coaches and experiential team building programs to corporations.
Before coaching, Clive was Director of software product marketing with Network Computing Devices. Here he led cross-functional product development teams on multiple sites. He has held a variety of sales, marketing and product development positions within the computer software industry.
Clive holds an MA from Cambridge University in England.
George Peabody founded Climbing Trees Coaching in 2001 to bring balanced leadership, collaborativity, and his commitment to clients living a whole life. He is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach. He serves on the R&D Committee of the International Coach Federation. He is a member of the Coaches Training Institute's Co-active Leadership program.
Prior to coaching, George was Vice President of telecommunications research at Boston's Aberdeen Group. He led a group of 25 consultants and analysts providing research and market positioning services to clients from the Global 2000 as well as garage-based startups.
Besides working for a Fortune 500 as a product manager, George has been a serial entrepreneur. His businesses have included an Internet Service Provider, a networking and technical consultancy, and a technical and business training school. He was a builder of nationally recognize passive solar homes.
George is a member of the International Coach Federation's R&D Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Boston Cure Project, an organization dedicated to finding the cure for Multiple Sclerosis.
George holds a BS in Biology from Tufts University.
